Turkey thighs are one of the most flavorful cuts of the bird. Rich, juicy and tender, they're fantastic roasted or slow smoked. Try smoking them low and slow until fall-apart tender, then shred the meat for delicious smoked pulled turkey sandwiches, tacos, nachos or baked potatoes.
